In studio classes are offered at Dance/10 Performing Art Center, 900 Santa Clara Avenue, Alameda and also streamed live via Zoom (Contact Denise for the link)

Zumba – Music and Rhythms from around the world. Get ready to party! No dance experience required, just be ready for fun. 45 minutes

Zumba Toning – Use Toning Sticks or Weights (3lbs max) Joining from home? Even water bottles or canned foods will work. 45 minutes

ChairZ – Zumba from your seat, not on your feet. This class only offered via Zoom. Fun for ALL Ages. “All Abilities” friends welcome too! 30 minutes

Cardio Tap – Tap for fun and fitness. Tapped out on traditional fitness? Give Cardio Tap a try for some toe tapping fun. 45 minutes

New Class (Coming in 2026) Bar-y-tone – Barre Fitness combining fundamental classical ballet movements with traditional fitness exercises. This is a full body, low impact workout, that will tone and strengthen those muscles. 45 minutes


By the Bay

Zumba by the Bay/Toning by the Bay

Born during the pandemic, this class lives on by popular demand. Each week alternates between Zumba and Zumba Toning. Shoreline Park, Alameda 55 minutes

Fit Circuit by the Bay

The workout that changes every week. The only thing that never changes is how much fun we have working up a sweat! Bohol Circle Immigrants Park, Alameda 45 minutes

Your Class, Your Way!

One fee for up to 12 people. You provide the location or it can be live via Zoom, so each person can participate from the privacy of their own home or from anywhere in the world. Choose a 30 or 45 minute class.
