Join Fitness by D’sign for an 8 day/7 night fitness retreats in paradise, where Denise, “Coach D”, will help you discover the best version of you. You choose your destination or destinations and dare to dream.

Return home more fit and confident, but also with that tropical relaxed vibe. You don’t want to just hear about it when we return. You want to come home with stories to share about your experience and memories made!

For You

Fitness
Corefirst, Aqua Zumba and Zumba will be just some of your options. Join me during my daily resort classes and/or the private classes that will be just for our FBD Dare to Dream team. You also have activities offered by the resort which you can choose from. And if the option of 20+ classes isn’t enough for you, use the on-site gym at your convenience.

Daily mindset workshop: Strength isn’t just about muscle mass. Confidence and knowledge are powerful tools to have at your disposal. Let me help you tap into your strength.

For Family

Nutrition
If you bring the family with you everyone can learn healthy habits that make good nutrition the family norm.

Enjoy fabulous local cuisine and fresh fruits and veggies to nourish the body and soul.

Join us as we come together each evening to dine and share the days discoveries. Families are most welcome to join us.

Recreation
Group activities that one or all can join in.

For the Kids

Zumba Kids
Fun songs to encourage movement and smiles. Adults are welcome to join in.

Each day the resort provides activities, such as games and crafts. And if yours are like mine have always been, snacks are always available for your hungry young people.

You’ll have plenty of free time to join your kiddos throughout the day.

Don’t forget that this retreat is a gift to yourself and quiet moments to reflect are a must. Or maybe you want to explore, shop, read a book… You do you!

Upon confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is due payable by Electronic Funds Transfer (Venmo or CashApp, no additional fee; Paypal, fee may apply)(Required, Check all that apply)

Payment Schedule

Non-refundable deposit of $500, to hold your space and lock in your cost, is due upon confirmation of booking.

After initial deposit is paid:

1st Installment of $500 due 10/1/26 Curacao, 11/1/26 Jamaica

2nd Installment of $500 due 12/1/26 Curacao and Jamaica

3rd Installment of $500 due 1/15/27 Curacao, 2/1 Jamaica

Final Payment of Balance Due 2/1/27 Curacao, 3/1/27 Jamaica

*”All Inclusive” as provided by the resort PLUS Fitness By D’sign activities as listed in the agenda upon arrival. Additional activities may be available for an additional fee.
